Payment Method
Syncee.co offers different payment methods depending on the platform used for the online store.
For Shopify users, the subscription fee is paid to Shopify, and the billing information and invoices can be accessed in the Shopify account.
For Wix users, the subscription fee is paid to Wix, and the billing information and invoices can be accessed in the Wix account.
For users running their online store on another platform, the subscription fee is paid to Syncee. The related information can be managed in Syncee by clicking on the Billing menu found in the bottom-left corner at the sidebar menu.
For the Syncee Affiliate Program, the payout details can be updated by signing in to the personalized partner Dashboard, clicking on Payouts, selecting PayPal, and inputting the payout details.
For Alibaba orders, Syncee will download the order from the store, then place and pay the orders automatically to the Alibaba system with the cheapest shipping method, provided there are proper payment settings in the Alibaba account.
Remember, each store requires a separate subscription plan with Syncee. So if there are two or more stores, a Syncee subscription plan will need to be subscribed to for each different store separately.

Syncee offers a 14-day trial for all monthly plans. During this period, users can try out Syncee to its fullest potential without any commitment. Before the end of the trial period, users can choose to cancel their subscription or stay on the chosen plan. If they stay on the current plan, the subscription and billing will continue until they have downgraded back to the free starter plan and the charge will be applied 14 days after the trial has been activated.
Please note that Syncee will not honor a refund request or reversal request of the charges for any subscriptions beyond the 14-day trial period or from any Annual plans. Plans can be canceled at any time, however, Syncee does not refund or prorate unused parts of a subscription. If a subscription is canceled, it will not auto-renew, but access will be retained until the end of the subscription period.
As for product returns and refunds, Syncee is a virtual fulfillment service center application, providing the technical link between the suppliers and retailers and managing the product upload and updates for the online stores. The products themselves, thus their shipping and returns as well are handled by the suppliers directly. As each supplier sets their own conditions, their return and refund policies may be different from one another. It is always suggested to reach out to those suppliers, users wish to work with to discuss their policies. They often have these available on their websites where users can check them. Please note, that Syncee does not take part in the trading process between the retailers and suppliers, if users need to return an item or ask for a refund for a product, they will need to get in touch with the suppliers. The same applies to the product warranty, which the suppliers would be able to confirm. The details of the warranty for a product depend on the supplier, as each supplier sets their own conditions. To find out the warranty details for a specific product, users should contact the supplier directly. They may also have this information available on their website.
How To Open A Syncee Account?
